Just like everyone else who was ready to see a shift in government, I admit that I started to get
caught up in the hoopla surrounding the Democrats in power, but then I took a step back and realized something. Statism is Statism, no matter what party is in power. Though, is days long past, the Republican party was known as the party of small government, the Democrats, to my knowledge, never were. So what we have is a transfer of power, from a party who claimed to be for small government but wasn't to another party who will surely claim to be the same thing and not actually be it.
No matter how you cut it, Statism is Statism, the only difference is in what part of your life and liberty they think they can control.
