Information Roundup, Week Ending 10-19-2007

Here's the cool stuff I ran across this week:

  • Ever wonder what Google would look like if Google had to design Google to be indexed by Google, or just like the word 'Google'? Check out Mean Gene's rendition of how Google would look if it designed it's UI for Google.
  • A List Apart just published the results from their first Web Design Survey, it's very enlightening.
  • IBM Developer Works published a great piece on developing AJAX that didn't actually teach any AJAX, it focuses on design and building a strong user interface first.
  • Jonathan Fields at Freelance Switch posted a great piece on no-cost, low-effort, high-return marketing, Pumpkin-Patch Marketing.
  • Design Float, like Digg for designers.
